We provide an Individual Transport Service to take elderly, vulnerable and disabled residents of Rainham and Gillingham to and from medical appointments.   If you would like to request transport, please telephone the  transport desk on the number below.

We are also looking for extra volunteer drivers to help with this important service. If you would like to discuss becoming one of our volunteer drivers, please contact us (see below).
